By browsing our store, you agree to use our services lawfully. All original calligraphy designs, woodcarving motifs, photographs, and brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aqib Al-Sultani.

Every item is individually carved and hand-finished by master artisans. Minor variations in wood grain, tone, and hand-painted lacquer motifs are intrinsic marks of authenticity rather than defects.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable local taxes. We accept secure bank transfers, major credit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible domestic orders.

Standard domestic orders ship within 3-7 business days across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Bespoke calligraphy and custom woodwork require extended crafting timelines communicated at checkout.

Standard items damaged during transit may be returned within 7-15 days of receipt. Custom carved commissions and personalized calligraphy pieces are final sale once production has commenced.

Policy Changes & Jurisdiction

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information. Aqib Al-Sultani shall not be liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third-party courier services beyond reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify these terms to reflect operational updates. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes shall fall under local court jurisdiction.
